エコー(超音波)ガイド下での肝腫瘍RFA(経皮的ラジオ波焼灼療法 Radio Frequency Ablation)穿刺のトレーニングが出来るファントム(モデル)です。呼吸性変動機能もついており、呼気・吸気で肝臓が動くところを再現しています。臓器をCT用に替えることでCTガイド下での肝腫瘍RFAも出来ます。

This phantom can be used for training in echo(ultrasound)-guided RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) puncture for liver tumors. It features a respiratory motion function that simulates liver movement during inhalation and exhalation. By replacing the organs modules with CT-compatible one, it can also be used for CT-guided RFA training.

このファントムの特長 [Features of this Phantom]

• エコーでの脂肪、肋骨、臓器(肝臓、胃、十二指腸)、腫瘍などの描出性が再現されている。
  • Structures such as fat, ribs, organs (liver, stomach, duodenum), tumors, etc., is reproduced in the ultrasound imaging.
• 呼吸性変動機能がついており、速度、変動幅の調整が可能。呼吸性変動装置は自社開発したプログラム制御で作動します。
  • It features a respiratory motion function with adjustable speed and amplitude, controlled by our original mechanical system.
• 破れにくい素材で出来ているので何度でも穿刺可能。
  • The phantom is made of tear-resistant material, allowing for repeated needle punctures.
• バイポーラの場合、オプションのハイドロゲル腫瘍ボールを使用すれば焼灼も可能。(今のところモノポーラでの焼灼には対応していません。)
  • For bipolar RFA system,ablation can be performed using the optional hydrogel tumor ball. [Monopolar ablation is not currently supported.]
• ファントム部分は金属を一切使用しておりませんので、エコー観察において不要なアーチファクトは発生しません。またファントムの背中部分にはエコーが乱反射しない仕組みになっています。
  • The phantom contains no metal components, preventing unwanted artifacts during ultrasound imaging. Additionally, the back side is designed to minimize echo scattering.

トレーニングの内容 [Training Contents]

• エコーで腫瘍の検出、穿刺位置・角度の確認。
  • Tumor detection using ultrasound, followed by confirmation of the puncture position and angle.
• 呼吸性変動でタイミングを見ながらの針穿刺。(初学者は呼吸性変動機能を止めて行う事も可能です。)
  • Needle puncture is performed while observing respiratory motion to determine optimal timing. [Beginners may stop the respiratory motion function to simplify the procedure.]
• バイポーラの場合は2～3本のアプリケーターによる穿刺ルートの確認、穿刺。
  • In the use of bipolar RFA system, the puncture route is confirmed for 2‒3 applicators.

このファントムを使用するために必要な機材(お客様でご用意いただくもの) [Equipment Required to Use This Phantom (Items to be Prepared by the Customer)

• 電源と電源タップ。このモデルは呼吸性変動装置で電気を使います。
  • Power Supply and Power Strip: This model uses electricity for the respiratory variability device.
• エコー装置及び穿刺針。RFA装置※。※穿刺トレーニングのみの場合はRFA装置は必要ありません
  • Echo Device and Puncture Needle: RFA device*. *The RFA device is not required if only puncture training is performed.
• 高さ90㎝程度のテーブル。
  • Table: Approximately 90 cm in height.

オプション [Option]

• 肝臓内の腫瘍の位置と数量は任意で設定できます。
  • The position and number of tumors within the liver can be set arbitrarily.
• CTガイド下での肝腫瘍RFA穿刺の場合は、CT専用臓器に替えることにより対応出来ますので、ご相談ください。
  • For CT-guided liver tumor RFA puncture, please consult us as it can be handled by replacing it with a CT-specific organ.
• このファントムの体格は標準体型仕様となっています。より難易度の高い、穿刺ルートが長くなる皮下脂肪の多いタイプ(太っている体型)にも対応出来ます。
  • This phantom is designed to represent a standard body type. It can also accommodate a more challenging type with more subcutaneous fat (obese body type), which results in longer puncture routes.
